Hello Grunt Girls! First of all...YOU GIRLS did an amazing job gathering supplies and donations for the Christian Womens Job Core a few weeks ago! The women were so appreciative and overwhelmed with our eagerness to help them and our love for the Lord. It's time again to do what we love. Serve the Lord. Sat., APRIL 12TH we will be having a garage sale at Marta's house 4605 Arlene, Corpus Christi Texas 78411 from 7am. - 4 pm.. All proceeds will go to the CWJC.. So start your spring cleaning today. Gather any used or unwanted items you can...we will sell almost anything... clothes, toys, dishes, appliances and furniture! Our time is limited girls, so don't waste any of it! Spread the word. Items can be dropped off at Marta's house anytime. The front porch is open. Feel free to call Marta #946-0100 for Lg. item drop offs or any questions. If you have items or know anyone with items in the Calallen area and need some help getting stuff in town, call Heather #249-5708 and we will make arrangements.If you would like to volunteer your time the day of the Garage Sale, we would LOVE it!!! MESSAGE - EASTER SUNDAY

Hello Janes!!!! I hope everyone had a Happy Easter!!!! My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas on Easter Sunday. The church was amazing from the moment we walked in. We were given such an awesome welcome and given the bests seats in the church. The sermon and experience fueled my passion for serving. The servants at the Lakewood Church did not care how I was dressed, who I was, or where I came from. The hello's, the welcome, the come back, the Jesus Loves You, the prayers for me and my husband brought tears to my eyes because they made me feel loved and wanted. They did not know that I already knew Christ but if I hadn't their servitude may have inspired me to see who this Jesus Christ was. I see Bay Area Fellowship following in the same footsteps. Please know every hello you say, every flyer you pass out, every hand you shake, every donation you make, every hour you spend serving does make a difference and can help a soul to heaven. Please continue serving and never give up. I am telling you, you are greatly needed and wanted. Please continue to help in any and every way you can. I am sincerely honored and proud to work with my fellow servants.

Supply Mission for Christian Women's Job Corp Pictures

CHRISTIAN WOMEN'S JOB CORP MISSION UPDATE

Hello Grunt Girls!!!!!! The last mission for the Christian Women's Job Corp was a success. People opened their hearts and resources and plenty of supplies were gathered to help the Christian Women's Job Corp function at its best. The Grunt Girls will be donating the supplies to the Director Lil Abschner as a surprise on March 5, 2008. The Grunt Girls would like to thank every person and their families for taking the time and resources to donate supplies. The Grunt Girls also had the awesome opportunity to eat and fellowship on a beautiful Saturday afternoon as they gathered donations. We had so much fun! Thank you so much for showing Corpus Christi what a difference women can make. We hope to see you at the next mission coming to you soon.
